  When selecting someone for a job or service, I usually go by first impressions: how soon that person replies, how extensively, the tone, etc. A good observer is rarely led astray by this principle.
  
  Mr. Stanley excelled in all of these areas. He sent me lengthy and detailed replies to all my e-mail questions, both before and after I paid him a very reasonable fee. I also spoke both with him and his office assistant, and found them both to be very much aware about the details surrounding my case. In short, Mr. Stanley is a pro who genuinely seems to care about his clients.
  
  He personally represented me in the Wythe County General District Court for a 90/70 reckless by speed case. We discussed the various possible outcomes, and selected the one that would suit me the best. At the day of the hearing, he judged the substitute judge to be unfavorable to my case, so he had the case postponed. I got a more lenient judge the next time, and the original class 1 misdemeanor was reduced to a defective equipment charge, with only a $250 fine + $66 court costs (no points from the driver's license).
  
  At all stages Mr. Stanley kept me informed in writing, and I honestly feel my case couldn't have been in better hands. He knows the judges and prosecutors in Wythe County very well, and I recommend him wholeheartedly as an attorney for traffic violations in that county.
